Episode summary:

Julian rushes out to a night-time emergency at his old friend's farm. Rodney is an experienced sheep farmer so as he's unable to deliver a lamb, Julian knows there's a serious problem.Peter's reunited with Nurse Rachel from his former practice, but there isn't time for much catching up – with an owner terrified he might lose his struggling Staffie, Peter and Rachel are rushing into theatre together once more.Matt meets a cat called Bagpuss, but unlike the old TV character, this one is no "fat, friendly cat puss". The grumpy old feline has a strange lump on her head that requires surgery.Meanwhile, Shona travels to a place that's very special to her: the stables where she learnt to ride. And she's hoping to give her old instructor positive news about two of her new horses.
