It's all hands on deck as Shona tries to deliver a cow called Tinkerbell's calf. But Tinkerbell isn't very fairy like, and her kicking doesn't make it easy for Shona and the team to get to work.Julian's also trying to bring new life into the world, but it's not your everyday job: Shetland sheepdog Honey has already had two puppies, so Julian's hoping he can induce the next birth without needing to perform surgery.A nurse from Peter's practice is very worried about one of her own unusual outdoor pets, so Peter's feeling the pressure as, for the first time in over 40 years as a vet, he attempts a tricky procedure on an alpaca.Meanwhile, Matt meets two iguanas, brought in from Cannon Hall Farm with nasty looking skin conditions. And one of them seems especially unhappy to be at the hospital.
