The Soup Investigates

“The Soup Investigates” is a spin-off series of E!’s popular comedy franchise The Soup that will answer all the questions that pop culture fans never thought to ask, and then some. Anchor Joel McHale is getting into the investigative journalism business–well, sort of. The newsmagazine parody will tackle pop culture mysteries, celebrity rumors and shocking questions–like how tweens would react to an artificially aged photo of Justin Bieber. The tongue-in-cheek format, known so well by “The Soup” fans, will play out in a more civilized tone–if you count a segment on the analysis of where “The Bachelor” buys its roses as civilized. Get ready for an exhaustive and in-depth look at everything and anything in vogue.
