Episode summary:

Ruled Out: Timmy is tired of doing what his parents tell him, so he wishes that they care less. At the beginning, things are cool, but after some days things get horrible. Unfortunately, his godparents "care less" too and they don't use magic to solve the problem, so Timmy has to do it without magic... That's Life: In order to help his mother to win the annual Dimsdale "Veg-Out", Timmy wishes that everything in the garden becomes "full of life". Unfortunately, this relieves Timmy's hamster, which is very angry and wants to get revenge. Will Timmy stop the hamster?
