Episode summary:

In order to get more sweets on Halloween, Timmy wishes that whatever costume you put on, you turn into. That way his costume will look very realistic and adults will give him a lot more sweets, even more than the rich boys. Sadly, every costume of every kid becomes real and he has to stop the monsters.
