Katie Cazorla may run The Painted Nail, a nail salon that caters to the likes of Teri Hatcher and Hilary Duff, but A-listers expecting special treatment should look elsewhere.

“It doesn’t matter if you’re a celebrity. If you have jacked-up nails, I’m gonna tell you,” Cazorla said Wednesday at the Televisions Critics Association’s winter preview session. Viewers may soon get to see that honesty in action when TV Guide Network premieres its new reality series, The Nail Files.

Debuting this summer, Nail Files will look at the secrets behind Cazorla’s success (a party room upstairs and a bar in the salon), her famous clients (watch for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kim Richards), and how she balances her busy work life and her relationship to Walter Afanasieff, a Grammy Award-winning songwriter and producer.
