Episode summary:

In Newham food hygiene officer Matt takes a look at 'beds in restaurants' which is the alarming practice of workers sleeping in kitchens. Chris pays a visitto the Brixton home of Dave and Rich, who are cooking that Great British favourite, a roast lamb dinner, for their friends. Ben takes a look at the the kitchen and offers advice on how to cook the lamb and vegetables safely.
