Episode summary:

Matt is in Felixstowe where he meets the inspectors responsible for checking the food that arrives. At Gatwick Airport, sniffer dog Bindy is on the hunt for meat and dairy products which could have come from outside the EU. Chris talks to a woman from Exeter who is convinced that she contracted E. coli from a ham, cheese and tomato panini.
