The new run of the show that brings the sun to our sofas continues. Jean Johansson is with Julie and Amanda, who have holidayed in France many times and love the countryside, the culture and the weather. With their teenage children off to university soon, they want to find a holiday home where they can unwind and relax, and maybe make a permanent move to in the future! They've settled on Lot-et-Garonne, with its gorgeous countryside punctuated by beautiful villages and medieval towns, and 120 miles of waterways. Jean lines up five fantastic options for their budget of £120,000, from a riverside townhouse to a characterful stone house with land aplenty.
