The new run of the show that brings the sun to our sofas continues. Ben Hillman helps Paula and Phil from south Wales, who have travelled all over the world in the past 22 years, but the one place they keep returning to is Spain. Now, with Phil close to retirement, they can't wait to buy their very own holiday home by the sea around La Duquesa, on Spain's Costa del Sol, a pretty coastal resort and marina nestled between two fantastic beaches, retaining tonnes of traditional charm. Ben shows them what their budget of £200,000 can buy, from a duplex built into the hills to a house that feels like home. But will they love any of them enough to make an offer?
