Episode summary:

Ray pays a visit to the remote Isles of Scilly which are 28 miles off the Cornish coast. Many species can be found in Scillies which are not found on the mainland. Along the rocky shore Ray demonstrates how to harvest limpets and cooks up a limpet risotto for lunch. At night Ray enjoys a wonderful encounter with a hedgehog.
