Episode summary:

Based on the story of the same name from Percy the Small Engine.Percy makes a promise to Thomas that he will bring the Vicar's Sunday Class home safely. As he finishes his last job, he returns back to the station, where Annie and Clarabel are waiting. However, a heavy storm rages across the island and before long, Percy is in a flood so big that the water leaks in and douses his fire.
