Based on the story of the same name from Percy the Small Engine.Percy is transferred to the harbour on Thomas' branchline. One day, Percy meets Harold the Helicopter, who says railways are slow and out-of-date. Percy is furious, and when he sees Harold again, he challenges him to a race.
