Joy explains that in her view what he really means is that he was outmaneuvered by Chuck Schumer and capitulated on his stand on abortion. Plus, we cover former Joint Chiefs chairman, General Mark Milley, reportedly unloading on his former boss Donald Trump, saying he did all he could do to stop Trump from undermining the Constitution.
