Despite her health issues, Bethenny glams it up for a Skinnygirl event at Dylan's Candy Bar. With their friendship back on track Ramona and Sonja upgrade their moves with a dance lesson. Jules's sees her plastic surgeon to get an update on her injury.  Later, Carole accompanies Bethenny when she gets a second opinion on her health issues. After a get together, Dorinda clues Luann into the rumors that Ramona has been spreading about her. When the ladies get together for drinks, Luann confronts Ramona and Sonja shares shocking news about her relationship with Tom, Luann's boyfriend.
