Ferne starts her new job and reveals all to Bobby and Gemma. Elliott has welcome home drinks now that everyone is back in Essex. Whilst Arg, Joey and Tom try and recreate Vegas for Diags who couldn't make the trip. When Lauren, Mario, Chloe and Charlie go out for drinks, Tom and Lucy turn up on a date and make things awkward.
