Episode summary:

There's a fresh face in the hotel this weekend as David's new recruit Nicola joins the team. Her history with Jordan causes Isobel yet more worries even though they're not supposed to be a thing anymore. Callum is faced with a tough test when old flame Catherine arrives as a guest. How does he keep her happy when he doesn't want to go behind Chloe's back, but El jefe's rules mean he can't tell the guests he's not single.No such problem for Savvas who shows guest Georgie a weekend to remember, earning the job of Assistant Head Rep in the process. So who's got Savvas' old tabard? Well after a weekend in which Isobel has been more focussed on Jordan than the guests she gets demoted to trainee and has to wear the tabard as well.
