Episode summary:

The four semi finalists need to raise their game after they tackle a trio of classic patisserie confections. A petits fours-making challenge provides a test of nerves, before they face the toughest technical task in the show's history which is to create a fraisier, a sponge cake filled with mousse and strawberries. They finally have to create a showstopping choux gateau. The judges then have to decide who will make the final.
