Episode summary:

All the lip-reader can make out from the surveillance video is the loop got pinched, but the team is able to identify a man in his late 40s or early 50s in the Southwest with a possible military connection. They also discover major trauma in his leg, elbow and ankle, along with a huge scar on his thigh. Dan suspects a parachuting accident, but Bill thinks its rock-climbing. Dan processes the subjects psych data and determines hes very cool, tough-minded and highly intelligent.
