Episode summary:

The young, wild staff of The Catalina Hotel in Miami's South Beach are a fun-loving group that work hard during the day, while at night they party even harder than their guests. Pool bartenders Nancy and Kris used to date and still have to work together - which causes jealousy when Kris flirts with hotel guests visiting over spring break. New employee David does his best to fit in with his fellow co-workers and succeeds with one in particular a little too well, while Kung Fu restaurant general manager Morgan is all business as she tries to keep things flowing without losing her temper.
