Episode summary:

The Parish Council holds a meeting and the topic of Sweetlove House and its legacy arises. Howard Mollison want to see an end to the legacy whilst Barry Fairbrother makes an impassioned speech outlining the importance of the legacy. After Barry dies suddenly, Pagford is left in shock, and his seat on the parish council soon becomes the catalyst for the biggest war the village has witnessed.
