Episode summary:

In a close race Bek took the final Weigh-In pass, leaving Shane, Ryan and Hamish to wonder what might have been. The contestants trained, with Michelle helped Margie through her food diary. The Weigh-In produced some incredible results, especially Brenda, who easily secured her place back in the competition. Bek, Lisa and Simon fell below the Yellow Line, with their peers having to vote for who they wanted to save. Bek got the nod, giving her passage back into the game.
