Lisa had more breakthroughs with Michelle, while Graham fought against Alex in Last Chance Training and won, proving to The Commando that he was capable of stepping up his intensity. Shannan checked up on Luke to check on his progress, and liked what he saw. Margie took Biggest Loser of the week, thanks to both her fantastic loss and 1kg weight advantage. Lisa and Alex were left below the Yellow Line, and much to the distress of her former teammates Lisa was voted out of Camp Biggest Loser.
