Episode summary:

It's the beginning of a new school year, and a lot has happened during the summer. Angelo, hoping to stay in the country, is headed to court. Daphne is on the job hunt and finally gets one at a restaurant called Maize, where she befriends a line cook named Scuba. She agrees to a date with a guy named Brad but is still hung up on Wilke. Meanwhile, Toby's plan for getting revenge on Simone goes wrong when she ends up wrecking her car.
