Episode summary:

When a local firefighter and his fiancee ask to transform the Swanderosa into a tropical paradise, it's Lesley's big chance to show she can coordinate as well as her big sister. She implements her new schedule in order to keep everyone on task in accomplishing special touches ranging from a Tiki lounge to a processional in a full-sized fire engine. But a special visitor in Judy's flower shop could throw everything into chaos.
