Brooke weighs 24 stone 8 pound and is a medical student who is concerned that her size 28 body will stop future patients taking her seriously as a doctor. Christian sends her to America to meet 32 stone Christina White. In Evansville, Indiana, Christian takes to the radio airwaves in an effort to make the local residents sit up and listen.
