Episode summary:

A schoolteacher on a mission, a food truck entrepreneur, and a businessman with a passion for eating bugs compete to get their natural food products on supermarket shelves across the country. After receiving advice from the mentors, the cooks head into the kitchen to revamp their recipes in only 90 minutes. As the tension heats up in the kitchen, one cook discovers that the caloric content of her "healthy alternative" is through the roof. After reformatting their recipes, the cooks' dishes are presented to a focus group of fitness trainers who must decide which two dishes have what it takes to provide healthy alternatives to America's favorite foods.
