Rodriguez sisters Sophie and Charlotte joins forces with teaching supervisor Emma and her gardener husband Elwyn from Yorkshire to find them a home in Alicante on a budget of 120,000 euros. However, it seems Emma and Elwyn's no-nonsense approach may yet prove the greater challenge. In Almería, Sharon Garner and son Shaun help married couple Lee and Tony find their first home together. With a maximum budget of 120,000 euros, and Tony's heart set on a sea view, the pair try to locate their clients' dream `forever home" in the sun.
