Texan tycoon David Harter made his fortune in oil and real estate, and is now looking to splash a slice of that cash on a high-end beach apartment in Alicante. In Almeria, recently engaged Bill and Janice are looking for a two-bed house by the sea where they can start a new life. They're determined to be by the beach - but finding a sea view on a modest budget of €80,000 will require every ounce of estate agent Shaun Garner's skills. Away from the sales action, Linda Rodriguez decides to surprise the rest of the Rodriguez clan by commissioning a family portrait for the office.
