But with DIY-enthusiast Mark hoping for a renovation project, and Clare keen on finding a place that's ready to move into, can Sharon and Steve find the perfect compromise? In Alicante, retired party animals Lorraine and John are looking for a holiday home where they can enjoy the quieter side of Spain - or so they say! But estate agent Sophie soon divines that they're not ready to wholly abandon the party lifestyle just yet.
