Episode summary:

In sunny Alicante, Linda is showing fellow estate agent Gill Sage from Southport three properties that she hopes will have the wow factor. Gill has always wanted to live abroad and is pulling resources with her friend Sue. Together they have a healthy budget 100,000 euros to spend. 150 miles south in Almeria, Chris and Carol Nicholls are looking to make a permanent move to the sun to escape the rat race.
