Episode summary:

Martha is getting ready for the biggest case of her career when she has to defend Mark Draper who is accused of murdering a high court judge. Clive has to defend Mark's girlfriend, Emma Slater, who is also accused of the murder. Martha is told by Mark that the judge attacked him with a golf club and he killed him in self-defence, but Martha informs him that there is no evidence to support what he is saying.
