Episode summary:

Agent Marisa Zanuck tries to help a client find a Hollywood Hills party house as an investment property. If she succeeds, she'll get a chance to win her client's repeat business, with two more deals in the next six months. Meanwhile, Agent Dominique Jeramaz is asked to list an $8.3-million Malibu home. She's never sold in the area, but if Dominique can find a buyer, she'll earn a $415,000 commission. On the other hand, if she drops the ball, her reputation will take a major hit in one of the most elite real estate communities in L.A.
