Auntie Anne's Pretzels founder, Anne Beiler, travels to Baltimore, Maryland and visits some of the poorest sections of the city to find people and organizations in need of her help. On her journey, a number of grass-roots organizations touch and move her in amazing ways, including Casey Cares Foundation, a group that helps sick children and their families cope with illness, The Rose Street Community Center, which provides community and social services to combat violence and homelessness in the East Baltimore area, as well as Movable Feast, a non-profit organization that provides meals and food to people who cannot provide for themselves. After spending a week in Baltimore, Beiler shares the surprise of a lifetime with these philanthropic organizations
