Renee Poole has married her high school sweetheart Brent and moved to a suburb of Winston-Salem, North Carolina where they are a young family settling into their own home. Brent Poole shows much promise in his career as a highly trained mechanic and provides a comfortable life for his wife and young daughter. Renee, however, tires quickly of the routine of being a stay home mom and house wife. She craves adventure and attention, so when a friend offers her a chance to dance at the local gentleman's club she jumps on the opportunity.
