Episode summary:

The participants start playing dirty at a soap company. Stephen Flatt, CEO of Upper Canada Soap Company charges our ex-cons with developing a new men's bath product line. Stephen saved this company from bankruptcy and turned it into a profitable multi-million dollar business, but this is his first attempt at targeting the $2- billion dollar men's skin care market. To add to the drama, an alliance forms and the knives come out, as the candidates start to plot against their potential rivals to undermine their efforts. Will they put their grievances and conspiracies aside and deliver the goods on a product line on time, or will they put a dent in Stephen's bottom line?
