Rachel and Joe build a new kitchen for their narrowboat, Windfish, and it's the big cookbook launch day for Vic and Jo in the Peak District. Meanwhile, the Canal and River Trust team volunteer workforce attempts to plant the longest linear orchard in the world, along Birmingham's canals.
