Episode summary:

Viral comedy stars Munya Chawawa and Yung Filly, return for more behind-the-scenes content from Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof.They practise yoga with the iceman, Wim Hof, are joined by rapper and musician Professor Green in the Goatshed and catch up with Holly Willoughby. Together they put their knowledge of Wim to the test in a game of Who Wants to Be a Wimillionaire?Finally they face a Big Chilly Challenge, Extreme Yoga. Munya and Filly must recreate the yoga poses Wim taught them, but on a terrifying platform 150m high.
