Episode summary:

Because he fails to pay a street mime in the park, the mime follows Mr. Bean when he isn't looking and breaks Mrs. Wicket's water statue. Eventually, Bean out-mimes him, kidnaps the man disguising as a silver statue and uses him to replace the broken water statue.
