Episode summary:

Ramona is forced to finally confront Drita over a birthday party invitation. Renee tries to turn a corner at rehab but has a hard time letting go of her anger. Back in Staten Island, Carla is stunned when Joe drops the bomb that he wants a divorce. A fight breaks out at the Drunken Monkey that makes Ang reconsider her relationship with Neil. Karen tries to entice Karina into moving East by investing in a recording studio. After a year of threats and animosity, Ramona and Drita meet face to face for the first time. The women brace for a storm that will change everything.
