Episode summary:

Divatox's forces uncover two powerful veichles, the Lightning Cruiser and Storm Blaster. The sentient cars, freed from their asteroid prison, travel to Earth, where they are pursued vigorously by Elgar, the Piranatrons, and Divatox's latest monster. When Justin and Storm Blaster are captured, TJ must tame the aggressive Lightning Cruiser and rescue both Justin and Storm Blaster before it's too late.
