Episode summary:

The Rangers are out riding horses when a devastating thunder storm signals the arrival of Rita and Rito's sire Master Vile, who uses special bird seed to increase the Tenga's fighting abilities, making them more formidable. To combat the stronger Tengas, Zordon provides the Rangers with the "Metallic Armour", a version of their present costumes that can withstand the Tengas fortitude. Meanwhile, Master Vile reveals his intention to use the energy draining Globber monster to render the Rangers helpless and harness the power of the ancient and immensely powerful Zeo Crystal
