The sinister Wizard of Deception is summoned to deal with the Rangers. Intending to trap them in the past, the Wizard makes preparations to deal with the teens valiant leader Tommy by pitting him against none other than himself. With the aid of a lock of Tommy's hair, the Wizard creates an exact duplicate of Tommy, who soon lures the remaining Rangers into the Wizard's trap...
