Episode summary:

With Kira a hostage of the mysterious Mesegog, Ethan and Conner demand that Doctor Oliver provide them with answers. Kira escapes her captors, but when Mesegog's lieutenant Zeltrax attacks the city at night, Tommy is forced to provide his new super-powered students with additional abilities to combat the threat. New Power Rangers are born.
