Episode summary:

Big Ang is in South Beach to open a new bar - The Miami Monkey. To launch the business she enlists the help of her daughter Raquel, Raquel's twenty-something friends from Staten Island, and a team of hot Miami bartenders. But before the doors of the Miami Monkey even open, the staff is already causing big trouble for Big Ang. If her team doesn't get it together quickly, this Monkey will be out of business.
