Episode summary:

Marco makes his way to Liverpool and with only five places left to fill, the competition to get through to the next round is much harder than ever. Marco is not easy to please but a trained opera singer and her Italian fiance manage to impress him with their classical Italian fish dish. Marco surprises a couple in their own restaurant and uncovers a hidden gem in Scotland. The nationwide search cfinishes in Cardiff where Marco admits he has never had an enjoyable meal in his life.
