It is quarter-final day on Junior MasterChef, and four winning cooks return to dazzle judges John Torode and Donal Skehan with their ultimate menus. First they must know their onions in a taste test. Will they be stars and know their star anise? Then the judges face a delicious dilemma, with dishes including jerk chicken, steak and chips, and classic chocolate fondant.
