Episode summary:

A northern California marijuana mastermind (Kevin Rankin) cannot testify without using the drug to neutralize his anxiety disorder, leading him to fake amnesia to get out of his court date. Mary is observed by a psychiatrist (Ali Marsh) to determine if she is ready to return to active duty. Meanwhile, Mary harasses Agent O'Connor (Will McCormack) in hopes that he will apologize for his actions.
