Episode summary:

Anthony visits a beachfront boutique hotel, The Penguin, to help a couple save their business. What he discovers is a husband resistant to change, filthy sheets, mold on the tiles, and a "happy hour" that is anything but because the guests have to walk down a dark alley to another hotel to collect their drinks.
