Martin catches up on a three-and-a-half-year project in which the auction lot included a fish and chip shop, a flat and a large storage area in Fareham in Hampshire, Dion checks out a semi in Dudley in the West Midlands, and Lucy takes a look at a studio flat in London's South Norwood. But two of the three projects prove really challenging, with some unforeseen problems to overcome.
